GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute. The GRI is recognized as the "Mark of Excellence" among the National Association of Realtors designations. Realtors enhance their practice and thus the level of professionalism offered to their clients through the knowledge obtained. The GRI designation is held by only 18% of realtors nationally.
